The overhanging face of the rocky horseshoe-shaped amphitheater of Misja pec forms with the faces of Osp practically one single climbing area. From 1987 more and more new routes at the upper end of the scale have been opened and the climbing area is surely No.1 in Slovenia and counts among the best in Europe. ORIENTATION: Central part southwestwards, left part southeastwards and right part northwestwards. BEST PERIOD: All the year round. In summer it is too hot, but the right part of the face remains in shadow till noon. It is also possible to climb during rain, although after longer periods of rain some stalactites remain wet. CHARACTERISTICS: Nearly all the routes hang over and require much persistence on sustained difficulties.
